언젠가 이런 질문을 받은적이 있다. 참 가장 기본적인 질문이었는데 면접이라는 압박감에 잘 생각이 나지 않았다.
1. pressure gauge calibration
2. pressure gauge range 확인 neither greater 4times nor less 1,5time
3. brittle fracture를 고려한 test medium temperature
4. Vent에서의 Air expell을 위한 full vent
5. Water anlaysis, stainless의 경우는 chloride성분 분석이 주 목적이 되겠다.
통상적으로 배관의 경우 venting에 영향을 많이 받으며, vent가 잘 되지 않았을시, 별도의 계산식은 없다. Compression 효과에 의해, 부피 만큼의 압력 감소가 있으며, 대략 2-3bar 정도의 압력 감소가 있다.
