As per the schedule.Q typical quality requirement but a bit twisted to suit charaxteristic of each project, every phase of EPC project shall carry out project quality audit at 15,60% to assess conformity of customer Company quality requirement such as SAEP, Sch B,Q and other mandate requirement. we therefore ondependent construction audit team begin to elaborate each qualityrequirement as format of check list and other form easily to be referred during the course of audit at very first stage, desk review
then should issue for Company approval 15days before for review, the matter of course all process was successful.
so we as a result could develop more than 300 checking points to be checked.

ah well, and most pivotal point was to understand specific quality and Contractual requirement as I look back experience during the developing check list as auditor
Not that easy huh but was okay
In a shorten expression, nothing we should worry about but secure your step before we make it.
I strongly recommed below points when you set up audit planning and closing

1. Space for Company's recommendation
2. Issuance of documentation in timely manner
3. have meeting with client to acquire of owner point of view in the aspect of quality
